What Is WayON Injection?

Built on Rejuran, WayON Injection is the combination injection WayB developed to manage several skin concerns in a single treatment. Its exclusive formulation addresses pores, skin texture, fine lines, hydration, and skin tone.

Skin rarely presents just one concern at a time — dryness and rough texture, enlarged-looking pores, and fine lines often appear together. WayON Injection takes these skin changes into account, and its formulation and delivery method have been carefully designed around Rejuran.

While using WayB’s fixed formulation, the treatment area, injection volume, depth, and technique are adjusted according to skin thickness and the areas of concern.

What to Check Before Treatment

We check for pregnancy or breastfeeding, inflammation or infection at the treatment site, any history of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, neuromuscular disorders, and medications such as anticoagulants. Please also let us know about any skin boosters, fillers, or laser treatments recently received in the same area, as well as recurring dermatitis or severe skin sensitivity reactions. Depending on underlying conditions and treatment history, treatment may be restricted or its timing adjusted.

How Does It Work?

WayON Injection is a solution based on Rejuran that helps support skin recovery and texture management while also considering hydration and skin tone. When skin looks dry and dull, or when pores and fine lines are a concern together, the goal is to refine the skin overall into a moist, smooth condition.

• Pores & Skin Texture: Targets enlarged-looking pores and rough skin texture together.
• Fine Lines: Addresses fine lines on the skin’s surface to help create a smoother-looking complexion.
• Hydration & Radiance: Supports moist, natural radiance by helping with dryness and dullness.
• Skin Tone: Helps manage dull-looking skin. This differs from directly removing melasma or blemishes, and separate treatment may be needed depending on pigmentation condition.

The actual changes and the timing of results vary depending on skin condition and treatment method.

When Do Effects Begin, and How Long Do They Last?

• Immediately After Treatment: Temporary raised bumps, redness, mild swelling, and needle marks may appear.
• 3–7 Days: As temporary raised bumps and swelling subside, skin may appear moist and refined.
• 2–4 Weeks: Changes in skin texture, fine lines, pores, and skin tone may gradually appear.
• Approximately 1–3 Months: Skin condition gradually returns to its original state, and repeat treatment may be considered as needed.

Repeat treatments can be planned at 3–4 week intervals depending on skin condition. The interval is adjusted based on whether Potenza is used and how the skin responds. The timing of results and how long they last vary depending on skin condition, treatment method, and lifestyle habits.

How Is It Different from Regular Skin Boosters?

The concerns addressed by each treatment may overlap. WayON Injection is characterized by being formulated on a Rejuran base to manage multiple skin concerns together; if a particular concern is pronounced or a single agent is more suitable, Rejuran, Hydrating Skin Booster (Water-Glow Injection), or another skin booster may be considered first.

How Is the Treatment Performed?

• Consultation & Skin Assessment: Pores, skin texture, fine lines, dryness, skin tone, and sensitivity are checked.
• Treatment Area Design: The fixed formulation is used, while the treatment area, injection volume, and depth are planned according to skin thickness and areas of concern.
• Anesthesia: Topical anesthesia is applied, with the anesthesia time adjusted according to skin condition and pain sensitivity.
• Solution Delivery: The solution is either injected directly by hand or with the X-Injector, or applied to the skin and delivered with the help of the Potenza CP-25 pumping tip. The method is selected according to skin condition and treatment goals.
• Soothing Care: Skin response is checked, and soothing care is provided to reduce irritation and redness.

What’s the Difference Between Hand Injection, X-Injector, and Potenza?

Hand injection and the X-Injector deliver the solution directly through a needle. The Potenza CP-25 pumping tip creates micro-channels in the skin with fine needles and delivers radiofrequency energy, while the pumping action helps the solution applied to the skin be delivered.

Even with the same solution, the treatment process and skin response can differ. The method is determined by checking skin condition, treatment area, and pain sensitivity.

Recovery and Precautions

• Temporary raised bumps, redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, and needle marks may appear.
• Temporary raised bumps usually subside within a few days, but this varies depending on skin condition and delivery method.
• On the day of treatment, avoid pressing or rubbing the treated area strongly.
• Please avoid alcohol, saunas, jjimjilbang (Korean-style sauna/bathhouse), and strenuous exercise for about 3–7 days.
• Please refrain from using exfoliants, scrubs, and irritating cosmetics until the skin has stabilized.
• Please use sufficient sunscreen when going outdoors.
• Temporary stiffness or tightness may be felt, and recovery varies by individual.
• When Potenza CP-25 is used, a sensation of heat or dryness from the radiofrequency treatment may accompany it, and burns, inflammation, pigmentation, and other effects may also occur.

• Redness, swelling, heat, or pain progressively worsens
• Blisters or discharge develop, or skin color turns pale or dark reddish-black
• Facial expression becomes excessively unnatural or movement becomes uncomfortable
• Hives or other allergic symptoms appear

If difficulty breathing or swallowing occurs, immediately call 119 (Korea’s emergency number for fire and ambulance services) or go to an emergency room, and please notify the clinic as well.

• Rather than changing the ingredients for each patient, we adjust the injection volume, depth, and interval according to skin thickness and areas of concern.
• We identify where pores, fine lines, and skin texture concerns are most pronounced, instead of applying the same amount uniformly across the entire face.
• To reduce the burden of pain, we adjust the anesthesia time, treatment speed, and delivery method.
